Rod is the proud son of immigrants — a first-generation U.S. citizen and the first in his immediate family to graduate from high school, attend university, earn a law degree, and become an attorney.
His journey is deeply personal — shaped by his own family's experience with the broken immigration system, years of painful family separation, and the long wait for loved ones to obtain legal status in the United States.
From immigration courtrooms to insurance battles.
Rod began his legal career focusing on immigration law, where he has helped hundreds of immigrants secure legal status and successfully fought to prevent the deportation of hundreds more.
Over time, he expanded his practice to include personal injury law, bringing the same negotiation, advocacy, and trial skills to fight for injured clients against powerful insurance companies. His personal experience with the injustice of facing insurers without representation drives his mission to ensure others never have to go through it alone.
Rod represents clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, rideshare accidents, bus and truck accidents, pedestrian injuries, slip-and-fall incidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
